It's been over a year and the pandemic isn't officially over. But we are getting closer to establishing a "new normal." But what does the new normal look like?


There is not official definition of a new normal, but perhaps this would be a good time to examine our priorities and see if they line up with our values and expectations. So, instead of looking outward for these answers, we really need to look inward.

One of my favorite poems that speaks to the "new normal" is I Celebrate. The boundaries that hold us down are not so much external as they are internal. I Celebrate is a lovely, thought-provoking poem.
